Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Darleen Bonislawski can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

My dear Darlene

I was very lucky to call Darlene Bonislawski my friend. She was one of the kindest, most compassionate, and loving women I have ever known in my life. On a personal basis, she exuded life and fun and talking with her was a gift. She had an innate sense of what was right and just and it informed her life growing up in East Cambridge. From her political work way back to Model Cities to her advocacy of the rights of all, but especially women, she was an inspiration to me and a role model for so many. I wish I had seen her recently to tell her in person. The world is better because Darlene lived in it.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Bonislawski family.
