Condolence: I went to the beautiful memorial service that Jane and the family had for Doug this afternoon. It was a wonderful tribute to a wonderful man. Having worked with Doug for the last 20 years has been a pleasure and he will be missed by many. His kindness, generosity, guidance and patience got us through many tough situations - and through it all he never said an unkind word about anyone. A true gentleman in every sense of the word.
