Passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 25, 2009 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 89 years.
Beloved wife of the late Gustav (2007). Dear mother of Martin Burger (Anneliese), and Anna Schwartz (Lorenz) all of Kitchener. Grandmother of Christine (Brent), Ken (Carmen) and Caroline. Great-grandmother of Michael, Tyler, Kayla, Daniel and Steven. Dear sister of Magdalena Gibis of Kitchener.
Anna will be missed by her nieces and nephew.
Predeceased by her first husband Martin Burger (1970) and her parents Anton and Magdalena Toth.
Anna’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Parish prayers 4 PM on Sunday afternoon. Prayers will be offered in the funeral home chapel on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 9:20 AM followed by procession to St. Mary’s R.C. Church (56 Duke St., Kitchener) for Funeral Mass at 10 AM.
