Passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Grand River Hospital, K-W Health Centre on Friday, February 22, 2008 at the age of 74.
Beloved husband of Maria (nee Lopez). Loving father of Lucia (Lucy) and her husband Jeff Baker, Mario Sousa, Helen and her husband Russ MacGregor and Paul Sousa. Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Steven), Rosemarie (Edwin), Tracy and Shane and great grandfather to Selina and Alexia. Dear brother of Jose Amaral, Ernest Amaral Teves and Joao Teves Amaral.
Predeceased by his parents, Manuel and Angelina Sousa, brothers, Manuel, Antonio and Francisco Amaral Teves and his sister, Maria da concecal Amaral Teves.
Eduardo’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Saturday from 7-9 pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm with parish prayers at 8pm Sunday evening. Prayers will be offered from the Funeral Home on Monday at 1:20 pm then transfer will be made to Our Lady of Fatima RC Church (300 Simeon St.) for Eduardo’s Funeral Mass at 2 pm. Fr. Gabriel Catarino officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
