Services to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, Jan 20, 2018 at Grace Place Baptist Church, 9300 S Anderson Rd with burial following at Tecumseh Cem.
Michele “Shelly” Allison went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the age of 54. The daughter of Janie (O’Daniell) and Tony Jones, Shelly was born April 12, 1963 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A lifetime resident of Oklahoma City, Shelly graduated from Southeast High School in 1981. She worked for Sequoyah Health Care Services as a pharmacy technician for many years until her health made it unable to work. A longtime member of Grace Place Baptist Church, Shelly loved and served the Lord and others with all of her heart. She served as a former pre-school choir director at the church for many years. Shelly was extremely generous with her talents, time and all. She always put the needs of others before herself and gave of herself unselfishly. A strong-spirited woman, Shelly loved her family dearly. Her children were her passion. In her later years, Shelly enjoyed vacationing in San Antonio, Texas and especially Alaska. She left a positive impression upon each of us and she will be deeply missed by all. Shelly was preceded in death by her father, Tony Jones; and maternal and paternal grandparents. Shelly leaves behind her loving family: son, Justin Allison; son, Christopher Allison; daughter, Jamie Seeds and her husband, C.J.; daughter, Erin Allison; mother, Janie Kutz and her husband, William; sister, Mellissa Horton and her husband, Reid; sister, Marcie Kutz; sister, Allie Kutz; brother, Mike Jones and his wife, Rhonda; brother, Richard Kutz; grandson, Hunter Seeds; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and countless friends. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
