Passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 80.
Beloved wife of Stjepan Broz.
Loving mother of Katica Symington and Anica Broz (predeceased)
Cherished grandma of Philip, David and Martin.
Dear sister of Anica Skaljin, of Croatia and Katica Broz (predeceased).
Survived by nieces and nephews in Ontario and Croatia.
Ljuba's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Holy Rosary at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Croatian Church, 180 Schweitzer Street Kitchener, on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
