On June 25, 2017 Gary R. Browne of Wappingers Falls entered into his final peace. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather with a passion for nature and freedom of soul. His incredible sense of humor and kind heart will encompass the memories that many share of him. He was always one to talk to anyone and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, be they family, friend, or stranger.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, father, and sister. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Carol Browne, his eldest son and daughter-in-law Ryan and Carrie Browne, his youngest son and daughter-in-law Aaron Browne and Jacklyn Stern, his two grandchildren Mikayla and Aidan Browne, and many nieces and nephews. He will be loved and missed without measure.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017, 5-8 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son F.H., Inc., 371 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Services are Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 11AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the family plot in Wappingers Rural Cemetery, Wappingers Falls, NY with Military Honors.
