Carol Ann Cusick, 65, of Park Hill, OK died on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. She was born on October 31, 1955 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Carol was retired from Planters Peanuts and was currently employed by Keys Public Schools as a cafeteria worker. She was a dedicated member of Arkoma First Assembly of God Church.
Funeral services are 11:00AM, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Arkoma Assembly of God Church with burial to follow in Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola, OK. Viewing will be Friday from 3-7 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is survived by her son Troy Cusick of Park Hill, OK, a daughter, Amanda Nease and her husband Tony of Arkoma, OK, two sisters, Robbie Harvell oof Arkoma and Shirley Setzer of Rogue River, OR; a brother, Richard Corbin of Mansfield, AR; 3 grandchildren, Dylan and Kylee Cusick and Karissa Nease and 2 great grandchildren, Whitley and River Batt.
