Frieda Leona Winkler, 78 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 in a local nursing home. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Winkler; her parents Thomas and Martha (Fiser) Septer.

Funeral will be 11:00 AM, Monday, February 1, 2021 at Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church in Van Buren with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her daughter Twana Collinson and husband Joseph of Fort Smith; a son Steve Winkler and wife Lana of Fort Smith; two grandchildren Christopher Welch and wife Caitlyn of Van Buren and Krisangela Welch of Fort Smith; one sister Joni Bemis of Des Moines, Iowa; two brothers Keith Septer of Van Buren and Lloyd Septer of North Little Rock.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 2-4PM at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren 700 Jefferson Street.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Collinson, Christopher Welch and Greg Hardt.
