Obituary for Donna Raye Eubanks (Shappy)
Donna Raye Eubanks, 61, of Van Buren passed away in a local nursing home. She was born November 19, 1959 in Fort Smith, AR to Homer and Ann Marie (Ayers) Shappy. She was a retail cashier. Donna was also preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Joyce, Rosanna and Gladys.
Visitation will be from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel, 700 Jefferson St.,
Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Survivors include her husband, James Eubanks of the home; sons, Joe Hoover of Fort Smith and Cody Eubanks of Ohio; sisters, Judy Kendricks and husband Donnie of Van Buren, Linda Nance and husband John and Carol Ann Jones and husband Floyd all of Fort Smith; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
