Obituary for Mary Alice Lamb (Cole)
Mary Alice Lamb, 83, of Van Buren passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021. She was born May 30, 1937 to the late James and Vera Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Lamb; two sisters, Martha Campbell and Mickie Smith and one brother, Jimmy Cole. Mary retired from Therma Tru Corp. and the Arkansas Revenue Dept.
Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. There will be a private family graveside service under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
She is survived by two daughters, Sarah Shockley and Debbie Swaim (Alan); two sons, Terry Lamb (Kim) and Rick Lamb. She is also survived by one sister, Donna Dodson and one brother, Ronnie Cole. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Randy Swaim, Kelley Curd, Jon Robert Lamb, Kathryn Lamb, Zack Eversole, Kelsey Farris, Josh Lamb and Jacob Lamb. Also 10 great grandchildren and 12 Great Great Grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Crawford Healthcare for all the love and kindness shown her during her many years there.
