Maxine Watson, 94, of Van Buren passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at a local nursing home. She was a homemaker. Maxine was born April 29, 1926 in Barling, AR to the late George Harrison and Lyda Ann (Johnson) Rogers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Francis Dutch Watson; grandson, Kendall Watson and great grandson, Landon Taylor Watson.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Survivors include sons, Jimmy Watson and wife Dona, Jerry Watson and wife Beverly, Charley Watson and wife Brenda, Richard Watson and wife Teresa all of Van Buren and Ronnie Watson and wife Carmena of Mountainburg; grandchildren, Becky Wilson, Renea Buttress, Rodney Watson, Daniel Watson, Kandatha Rose, Kenzie Watson and Brooklyn Hunter and eight great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy, Jerry, Charley, Richard and Ronnie Watson and Larry Gordon.

The family will visit with friends at 1:00 PM one hour prior to the service.
