Obituary for Eugena "Genie" Gill (Waggoner)
Eugena “Genie” Gill, 73, of Rudy, AR passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at her home. She was a retired bookkeeper for J.R. Young and a member of Church of Christ in Mansfield. She was born June 9, 1947 in Abbott, AR to the late Eugene and Desteen (Powell) Waggoner.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Coop Cemetery in Mansfield, AR under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Survivors include her husband, Jay of the home; daughter, Roxanne M. Brewer and husband Danny of Van Buren; son, Lucas K. Gill and wife Lanet of Alexandria, VA and a grandson, Colby Brewer of Barling.
Pallbearers will be David Nicodemus, Mike Yancey, Dale Howard, Jake Pixley, Doug Brooks and Travis Garcia.
Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Allen.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson, Van Buren, AR.
