Obituary for Curtis Breeden

Curtis Breeden received his heavenly reward on Monday, December 23, 2019 at the age of 91. The son of Earnest and Pearl Bowles Breeden, Curtis was born February 24, 1928 in Milburn, Oklahoma. On July 12, 1947, Curtis married the love of his life, Zeffie Ann Rhea in Sherman, TX. This union of marriage was blessed with three daughters: Patsy, Peggy and Paula. He was a loving husband, father and granddaddy. Curtis was medically discharged from the United States Air Force in 1952. He graduated from Oklahoma City University in 1960. He retired from Union Carbide in 1985 after 38 years of service. Curtis enjoyed driving and drove buses for Kincaid Bus Lines and also drove for 20 years for Vondel Smith Mortuary. He was an avid sports enthusiast. He loved golf and was a huge Thunder fan.
He faithfully attended Shartel Church of God for many years and had such a sweet spirit and love for the Lord. His girls were his pride and joy. Curtis was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 68 years, Zeffie Ann, and siblings: Elbert, Howard, Harold and Douglas Breeden; Ola Jewel Breeden and Juanita Wallis. He is survived by daughters: Patsy Jenner (Steve), Peggy Friesen (Ed) and Paula McCall (Larry); grandchildren: Brian Jenner (Vicki), Stephanie Thomas (Kent), Jake Friesen (Alicia), Benjamin Dixon, Jennifer McCall, and Chad McCall.
