Francis Corene Morgan, 88, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Hwy 71 Freewill Baptist Church. Corene was born April 2, 1931 in Crawford County to the late Ben and Cora (Plum) Parker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Morgan, Jr. and sisters, Sue France and Beverly Arnold.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Conley Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Bassham, Carla and husband Mike Jeremiah all of Mountainburg, AR; a son, Johnny and wife Katie Morgan of Paris, AR; two sisters, Carol Henderson of Mountainburg, AR and Debbie Fimple of Ozark, AR; two brothers, Danny Parker of Rudy AR and Mike Parker of Alma, AR; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Andy Bassham, Matt Jeremiah, Bobby Horton, Tyler Horton, Daniel Hopwood and Justin Parker.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Ocker Chapel of Alma, 917 Hwy 64 E., Alma, AR.
