Libern J “Jack” Barnes, III, 57, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD.
Born December 28, 1961 in Wilmington, DE he was the son of the late Libern J Barnes, Jr. and Mary “Henderson” Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Yvonne Reed Barnes; five daughters, Crystal Bier, Jennifer Barnes, Mary Beth Barnes, Nicole Cox, and Lisa Barnes; nine grandchildren, Austin, Autumn, Kayla, Tiffany, Brieonna, Joseph, Timothy, Landon, and Jimmy; two brothers, Joseph and Brian Barnes; and three sisters, Helen Houck, Maryann Lynch, and Margaret Bussard.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jacob Barnes.
Services and interment are private.
