Obituary for Thomas B. Effinite
Thomas B. Effinite, 62, of Union Township passed away the evening of June 29, 2019 at his residence.
He was born in New Castle on May 19, 1957.His father Thomas O. Effinite preceded him in death. Tom is survived by his mother, Rose Marie DeMase Effinite with whom he resided.
Tom was a member of Holy Spirit Parish. He enjoyed trains, rides in the country and watching western movies. He loved animals and especially enjoyed seeing the Amish horses.
In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his sister, Anna Marie Perkins and her significant other, Raymond Barlett, of New Castle, Nieces Dana Marie Alfasatleh and her husband Hamzeh, Marissa Rose Thomas and her husband James and his great niece and great nephew.
Visitation will be on Tuesday 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St.
A Blessing service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m conducted by Deacon John Carran of Holy Spirit Parish.
Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
