Life Story for Marsha Elaine Teague

MARSHA ELAINE TEAGUE, 67 of Whiteford, MD, known to all as “SISSY” passed peacefully in the home of her son surrounded by her beloved family on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. She had been the wife of the late Edward Lee Teague and at the time of his passing in 2006, they had shared 18 years of marriage.

Born on June 11, 1952 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was one of three children born to the late George William and Jessie Elizabeth (Blake) Graver. Marsha will be remembered for her kind spirit and caring nature.
She enjoyed eating crabs, Delmonico steaks and loved to salt everything. Television was an enjoyable pass time with the Hallmark and Sci-Fi channels as favorites as well as listening to country music. She was proud of her children and their accomplishments and had cared for her mother during her last years until she passed in November 2018. Her Jack Russell named “Peanut” was her faithful companion; her family remarked that she will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Justin Testerman and her sister, Deborah Brown.

A viewing will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA where the funeral service on Tuesday will begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Rod Anderson of New Covenant Community Church will officiate with interment in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA.
