Obituary for Maudie Owens (Miller)
Maudie M. Owens, 84, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 in a local hospital. She was born in Catoosa, Oklahoma on August 25, 1934 to Wayne and Eunice (Eaton) Miller. She was a retired assistant manager from Homeland Grocery. Maudie was preceded in death by her husband Paul Owens and a son Bill Coleman and was of the Assembly of God faith.
She is survived by her two daughters, Wynona Burkholder of Whitesboro, Texas and Mary Brown of Van Buren, Arkansas; a brother, Max Miller of Springfield, MO; six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
