Obituary for Philip Malinoski

Philip "Phil" Malinoski, 72, beloved husband of 52 years to Joan (Grondski) Malinoski, entered into Eternal Rest on Friday, April 26, 2019. He was born on August 4, 1946, the loving son to the late Leo and Stella (Kukulka) Malinoski. Phil lived in Enfield, CT and Agawam, MA. He was employed for 46 years with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft as a Tool and Die Maker. Along with his wife, he enjoyed his retirement to Port Orange, FL, where they made their home for the past nine years. Phil was an avid fan of NASCAR, fishing and golf. He took pride in his Corvette and in his spare time he enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. In addition to his loving wife, Joan, Phil is survived by his son, Richard Malinoski and his wife, Susan of W. Springfield, MA; a brother, Joseph Malinoski and his wife, Mary of Somers, CT; three sisters, Anne Cunningham and her husband, Peter of Enfield, CT, Frances White and her husband, Tony of Somers, CT, and Theresa Malinoski of Enfield, CT; a sister-in-law, Doreen Malinoski; three grandchildren, Leslee Rose of Cincinnati, OH, and Patrick and Paul Malinoski, both of W. Springfield, MA; and two great grandchildren, Leo and Max Marzullo, both of Cincinnati, OH. Phil was predeceased by his son, Michael Malinoski and a brother, William Malinoski. Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. A joint funeral service will be held for Philip and his son, Michael Malinoski, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Adalbert Church, 90 Alden Ave., Enfield, CT 06082.
