James Ola Lockett "Jimmie", was born on February 13, 1933 in Ruleville, Mississippi to the union of Mr. James and Mrs. Mary Bell Rambus. She passed away into eternal rest on February 21, 2019. She was the oldest of four children. She moved to Toledo at a young age with her family. She later married James Lockett "Brother". She had one daughter, Patricia. Patricia had two children: William Anthony and Demisia, who were later adopted by Jimmie after Patricia's death.

She was a domestic worker for many families that adored her, for many years until her illness. Jimmie was a long time member of Mt. Pilgrim Church.Jimmie enjoyed life, and loved to entertain at her home. She had a huge heart and considered most people she met her family.

James Ola was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; and her daughter, Patricia.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Demisia (Frank), William Anthony (Natalja); great grandsons, Terry, Micah, Jalen, and Liam; sister, Daisy (James) Murphy; brother, Rambus; and special brother-in-law, Robert Locket, also, many family and friends.
