Obituary for Bernice Hazzard Farley (Hazzard)
Bernice Hazzard Farley, 92, of Kilmarnock, Virginia passed away on February 24, 2019.
She was a volunteer for Rappahannock General Hospital for 35 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara F. Newlon of Irvington, Va. and Carolyn F. Walker of Kilmarnock, Va.; grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Walker, Angie Delano, Brendan Walker and Sarah Walker; great grandchildren, Caitlin Gagnon, Brendan Walker, Jr. and Mason Walker; several nieces and nephews and a cousin, Charles Carlson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jed W. Farley; and her grandson, Aaron Walker.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p. m. Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
