Norma Jean Laabs, 64 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in a local hospital. She was born in Hershey, Pennsylvania and worked at Honeywell Computer Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Heidi Jean Laabs.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years David Laabs of the home; one son David Laabs Jr., and wife Theresa of Van Buren; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

All arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. There will be no formal service at this time.
