Obituary for Lawrence Lamont Kynard Sr.

Lawrence Lamont Kynard Sr., age 52, passed away suddenly. He graduated from Macomber Whitney Vocational School in 1984. He was an outstanding football athletic. His last job was with the Toledo Sanitarian Department. He was a father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend to many.

At an early age he was baptized at his grandparents church, Shiloh Baptist Church. He was at peace with himself in life and reassured us/family that everything was ok. He called us all, his family and friends, to talk about life and love. He never hung up the phone nor said goodbye without proclaiming his love. He was a skilled welder. He loved to play dominoes, listen to music and drink his beers.

He was preceded in death by his brother Damond V. Kynard. He leaves to cherish his memory: his three daughters Lonyae Kynard, Erin Kynard and Pearlia Ann Kynard; two step-daughters Terri and Nicki; two sons Kurtis Jeffery Kynard and Lawrence L. Kynard Jr.; three step-sons Mark, Junior and Tommy; six grandchildren; six nieces and three nephews; two brothers Erik Kynard (Davette) and Aaron Kynard (Tammy) and his parents Lawrence and Pearlia Kynard, whom he loved with all his heart.
