Obituary for Arline S Elcock

Arline S. Elcock, 82, longtime resident of Enfield, entered into Eternal Rest on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Arline was born in Ware, MA on June 8, 1936. She was a dedicated employee at Stop and Shop of Enfield for 30 years. Arline enjoyed playing Bingo and going for walks. Her greatest joy in life, however, came from the time she spent with her family. Arline is survived by her four children, Mark Elcock and his significant other, Jan of Suffield; Sandra Zukauskas of Enfield; Wesley Elcock of Enfield; and Darlene Molina and her husband, Toby of Enfield; her grandchildren, April and her husband Drew, Jessica and her husband, Brian, Heather and her husband, Ernest, Amanda and her husband, Matt, Bobby, Armando, and Taylor; fourteen beloved great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Violia, Jean and Nancy; a brother-in-law, John; and many nieces and nephews. Arline was predeceased by her husband, Wesley R. Elcock; three brothers, Clay, Donald and Rexford; and two sisters, Rose and Ruthie. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for calling hours on Monday, January 7, 2019, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT 06082. A prayer service will begin at 6:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the American Legion, 566 Enfield St, Enfield, CT 06082.
