Timothy M. “Tim” Malone, 35, of Simsbury passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 28, 2018. Tim was born July 25, 1983, in Hartford, CT and raised in Simsbury. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Simsbury High School Class of 2002. After high school Tim enlisted in the United States Army. He was employed as a roofer for several years. Tim enjoyed hiking the great outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his father, Fred Malone and his wife, Miriam of Windsor Locks; his siblings, Jesse Malone and his wife, Leigh of San Jose, CA, Rebecca Malone of San Jose, CA, and Katherine Malone of Bristol, CT; his paternal grandmother, Gaetana Malone of Windsor Locks; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tim was predeceased by his mother, Pamela (Smith) Malone. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
