Franklin Delano Kenney, 81, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 in a local hospital. He was a retired construction worker and of the Baptist Faith. He was born December 18, 1937 in Fort Smith, AR to the late Fred H. and Lillie (Morse) Kenney. He was also preceded in death by a son, Frankie Kenney.
Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 3, 2019 at New Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include daughters, Delana Patterson of Ozark and Sherry Tedder of Van Buren; son, Garlin “Pete” Kenney of Alvin, TX; sister, Mattie Kimes of Mulberry; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
