James E. Childers, 73 of Rudy passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at a local hospital. He was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Eunice (Pittman) Childers; one sister Florine Smith; brothers Virgil, Charles, Billy Joe Childers.

Funeral services will be 10AM, Saturday December 22, 2018 graveside at Mt. McCurry Cemetery in Rudy under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by one brother Bobby Childers and wife Mary of Alma; one sister Dorothy Westphal and husband Carl of Rudy.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth, Jamie and Ronald Westphal, Paul and Johnny Smith and Mark Childers.
