Obituary for Brian Keith Jones Sr.

Brian Keith Jones Sr(“BJ”), 53, Son, Mentor, Father, Grandfather, and Uncle, passed away so unexpectedly December 12, 2018. Born August 8, 1965 to Irene Camille Jones and Larry James Triplett in Toledo, Ohio.
Brian grew up in the Old West End area, he went to school from Glenwood, Old West End and Scott High School. Brian has acquired a lot of friend that loved him like family during his journey on earth. Brian played a little football Hamilton, participated in J.A(Junior Achievement), He liked to dance, so much him and his brother started a dance team called Cosmic Poppers.

Brian loved fishing and camping, traveling, and he loved him some music, his favorite was RnB. By 1990 Brian moved him and his loved ones to Georgia to start a new beginning. He worked for ichiban record, to triad record, to receiving award for “whoomp there it is”, to starting label (“Big Cat Records”) with Big Cat (“Marlon Rowe”) & Mel Man (“Melvin Breeden”) one of his biggest accomplishments. After leaving the music industry Brian jumped into Fast Food (“Taco Bell”) where he mentor and trained hundreds of people whom are successful today.

Brian was a Dad to those who didn't have one and gave those who was willing to listen all the skills he learned in his life, he had a big heart and did what he thought was best for all his children and grand children after his wife passed, they were all he had left of her. Brian is and will always be a Great Man!

Brian is preceded in death by the Love of his life Donita Syph-Jones, Uncle Sylvester Jones, Mother Irene Jones, and Nephew David jones Jr.

Brian is survived by his loving Father, Larry Triplett. His children: I’esha Syph-(Marshall) Timmons of Alameda, California, Seniquina Overton of Lancaster, California, Satara Jones of Toledo, Ohio, Brian Jones Jr of Mesa, Arizona. His sisters; Doris Jones of Toledo, Ohio, Camille (Mark) Lockett of Toledo, Ohio, Miesha Triplett of Los Vegas, Latrecia Triplett of Glenwood, California. His Brothers; Kenneth Warren (Bridgett) of Toledo, Ohio, Slyvester Jones Jr (Tanya) of Toledo, Ohio, Bailey Williams of Nebraska, and David Jones of Toledo, Ohio. His Grandchildren; Andre lawrence, Jaylin Timmons, Orlando smith, Danay Fleming, Da’Mya Fleming, Donte Jones, Amari Timmons, Kristian Jones, Jaleelah (mama) Henderson. Brian had 31 nieces and nephew. He is forever loved and missed by many!
