Obituary for Franklin Enos Clarke
Franklin Enos Clarke, Jr., 83, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 10, 2018 at his home.
He was employed with 167th Air National Guard for 31 years.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Elizabeth (Brindle) Clarke; two daughters, Rhonda L. Donivan and Sonja L. Clarke, both of Martinsburg; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren; and one sister, Judy Clarke of North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by one son, Franklin E. Clarke, III.
Services and interment will be private.
