Visitation will be held 4-8pm December 5th, 6th, and 7th at Vondel Smith Mortuary South Western. Services will be held 2pm Saturday, December 8th at the funeral home.


Bounthong Monevilay, 51, died December 1, 2018 peacefully in his home. He was born August 3, 1967 in Vientiane, Laos to Khamphan and Bang Monevilay. Bounthong married the love of his life Sengdeuane on December 26, 2001 and spent many wonderful years together. Airplanes and technology caught his eye which led him to attend AVMP aircraft mechanic school and also took courses on building computers. Bounthong also enjoyed fishing, cooking, and travelling. He enjoyed sports and was an avid OU football fan. He will be deeply missed.

Parents; Bang and Khamphan Monevilay;
Brother, Soulasack Monevilay.

He is survived by his:
Wife, Sengdeuane Monevilay;
Sons, Brian Monevilay and Billy Monevilay;
Daughter, Ashly Monevilay;
Sister, Chansamone Robinson;
As well as many other loving family and friends.
