God called Santina peacefully on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at the age of 91. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband, Lino, and her siblings Giorgia and Ada. Cherished by her dear children, Renato (Angie) and Frank (Giulie). Proud Nonna to Christina (Andrea Caruso), Andrea (Mario Nobile), Anthony Sebastiani and Nina Tersigni. Adoring great-grandmother to Ilaria and Rossi. Santina will always be remembered by her sister Anna. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday October 23, 2017 from 4-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., at Martin Grove Rd.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Santina may be made to the SickKids Foundation.
