God called Pio peacefully on August 12, 2017 at the age of 72. He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving wife Maria. Cherished by his dear daughter Tina (Joe Ricciardi). Proud Nonno to Matteo & Noah. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday August 16, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday August 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate., off Centre Street, East of Dufferin Street). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (off Bayview Ave., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Pio may be made to the Sick Kids Foundation.
