God called Alfredo suddenly on Saturday July 8, 2017 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his loving wife Gina. Cherished by his dear children,. Lilia (Donato Parente) and Ezio (Joanne). Proud Nonno to Marco Parente, Marlise Parente, Chiara D’Orazio, A. J. D’Orazio, Albert Parente, Austin D’Orazio and Crizia D’Orazio. Alfredo will be always remembered by his sister Bianca Appugliese. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday July 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 13, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church, 8500 Islington Avenue, south of Langstaff Rd. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Alfredo may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of York Region.
