God called Pat peacefully on Sunday May 7, 2017 at the age of 25. He will be forever missed by his loving parents, Mario and Tina, by his sister Lauren and brothers David and Alex. Pat will always be remembered by his grandparents Pasquale and Maria Sena and by Adele (Sandrino Mostacci predeceased). Cherished by his dear uncles and aunts Tony (Jean), Gino (Sharon), Pat (Stephanie), Carla (Joe Galati), Sandra (Rick Forno). Fondly remembered by his cousins Jaclyn, Marc, Stefanie (Ryan), Anthony, Roman, Augustin, Sebastian, Michael (Effie), Steven, Joanna (Steve), Sabrina and Natalie. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday May 11, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. and Friday May 12, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday May 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church (940 North Park Dr., west of Bramelea Rd.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Pat may be made to the charity of your choice.
