God called Mario peacefully on Sunday October 23, 2016 at the age of 81. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Giuseppina. Cherished by his dear children Adriano (Tania), Enzo (Marcella) and Sonia (Vince Tarantini). Proud Nonno to Alessia (George, fiancé), Julia, Marco, Andrea, and Luca. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday October 25, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday October 26, 2016 from 2-4 p.m and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday October 27, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., north of Rutherford Rd.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Mario may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
