God called Valter peacefully on Saturday June 4, 2016 at the age of 84. He is rejoined with his loving wife Elisabetta in paradise. Cherished by his dear children, Daniela (Ron), Luciano (Tatiana), and Silvano (Sandra Perez). Proud Nonno to Diana (Jason) Burlington, Kristina, Paolo and Cinzia, and great-grandfather to Charlotte. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday June 6, 2016 from 2-4 p.m., and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 7, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church (8500 Islington Ave., south of Langstaff Rd.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Valter may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
