God called Giovanni peacefully on Monday April 25, 2016 at the age of 78. He will be reunited in Heaven with his loving wife Maria Giovanna. Cherished by his dear children Tina (Peter Lucia), Teresa (Paul Manley), and Joe (Rosana). Proud Nonno and guardian angel to; Joseph, Andrew, James, Katie, John Michael, and Daniela. He will be held dear in the hearts of his brothers; Antonino (Lillina), Clemente, predeceased (Francesca) and Mario (Lucia, predeceased), relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday April 28, 2016 from 2-4p.m., and 6-9p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 29, 2016 at 1:00p.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, East of Dufferin St. and South of Centre St). Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
