God called Giovanni peacefully on September 1, 2015 at the age of 87. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Lina. Cherished by his dear children; Rosanne (Chris Tallas) and Aldo. Proud grandfather of David and Sonia (Andrew Arruda). Guardian angel and great grandfather to Vittoria. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Thursday September 3, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday September 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, off Centre St., east of Dufferin St.). Entombment will follow at Westminster Cemetery (Bathurst St., south of Steeles Ave.).
