Liscio, Vito - It is with profound sadness, the family of Vito Liscio announce his sudden passing, at the age of 55. Vito will be forever missed by his mother Rocchina (Leonardo,pre-deceased) and his only daughter, Melissa. He will be treasured by his siblings; Tony (Victoria), Mike (Rachelle), Mary (John Dall ‘Ava, pre-deceased), and Rocky (Angela). He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, many loyal friends and his colleagues at Armtec. Bogeys, Birdies and Eagles will never be the same to the “Bush Whackers". Vito’s love for boating (and his boat the "Blue Moon") and the outdoors will forever inspire the "F-Dock" gang at Hindson Marina. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Monday July 6, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-9pm, and Tuesday July 7, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-9. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday July 8, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Avenue, off Rutherford, West of Weston Road.) Entombment will follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (Albion Road and Hwy 27). In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vito may be made to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Cerebrovascular & Endovascular Neurosurgery where the family is grateful for the care and compassion that was shown by the staff during Vito’s difficult time.
