God called Pat peacefully on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the age of 46. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd., south of Langstaff Rd., 905 850-3332) on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., off Martin Grove Rd., north of Hwy 7.). If so desired donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
