God called Palma peacefully on May 17, 2015 at the age of 86. She will be forever missed by her loving husband Nicola. Cherished by her dear children Caterina (Franco Caruso) and Isabella (Elio Abbondandolo). Proud grandmother of Stella (Matt Johnson), Pamela (Bart Caruso), Gabriella, Joseph and Nicole. Adoring great grandmother to Ryan. Palma will never be forgotten by her siblings Stefano, Maria Pasqua, and Teresa. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Wednesday from 2-5 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday May 21, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27 south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Palma may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the CNIB.
