God called Biagio peacefully on April 18, 2015 at the age of 86. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Anna. He will be cherished by his dear children Francesco, Lucrezia (Vito Colonna) and Silvia (Emanuele Patimisco). Proud grandfather of Antonio, Alessia, Anna, Alessandra, Rosa, Amanda, and Nicole. Biagio will always be remembered by his sisters Nunzia and Francesca. He is now reunited in Heaven with his daughter Vitalba. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday April 23, 2015 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Biagio may be made to the Lung Association.
