God called Salvatore peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the age of 81. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd., south of Langstaff Rd., 905 850-3332) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islignton Ave. north of Finch Ave.). Entombment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery (Tomken Rd. south of Derry Rd.). If so desired donations may be made to the Lung Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Alzheimer Society.
