Unexpectedly passed away on Friday, November 3rd, 2017, at the age of 32. Josh will be profoundly missed by his parents Jim and Shari- Lee Martin. He's the adored big brother of Matthew, Joseph, and Carley Martin. The beloved grandson of Sylvia Martin, the late Ted Martin (Grandma Kay), and the late Matthew and Florence Wardrope. He leaves behind his rescue dog Murphy, best friend Donato Leva and many other extended family members and friends. Josh will be forever remembered for his loving and kind heart, his undeniable talents for making people laugh, rocking the drums in his bands X-Aust, Sanandreas and The Rebel Arms and his devotion and passion for the local music scene. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, November 10, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby, on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
