Moore, Patricia "Pat"

Passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton at the age of 71.

Beloved wife of Ron Moore for 49 years.
Loving mother of Shane Moore and Shelley Heinrich (Frank).
Cherished gramma/mama of Chelsea Moore and Hailey Heinrich.
Survived by nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Jim and Rita McDougall and her sisters Sharon Wilson and Brenda Harnack.

Pat's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
