Passed away suddenly in Venice, Florida on Friday, May 5, 2017, at the age of 82. Beloved husband for 61 years of Heather (nee McMillan). Loved father of Blair (Lisa) and Derek (Teisha). Cherished grandfather of Kiana, Kinsey, Riley, Cameron, Claire and Dryden. Predeceased by his sister Hilda Read and brothers Ronald and Arnold. A Memorial Gathering to Celebrate Ken's Life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. For those who wish, donations in memory of Ken to The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
