Condolence: Terry & Carolyn Penney (Nova Scotia originally from Newfoundland) Thinking of you and your family at this time of loss. Our thoughts and prays are with you. I am the youngest son of the late Richard and Agnes Penney and one of a twin. I remember meeting Uncle Matt when I was a young Boy.
