Christopher P. Tyburski, 46, of East Granby passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 1, 2016. Chris was born August 23, 1969, in Philadelphia, PA the son of Diana (Moore) Cain of Stafford Springs and the late John M. Tyburski. Chris attended local schools in Granby. He was currently employed with UTC in their Windsor office. Chris was an avid fisherman and a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and UCONN Huskies. If he wasn't helping coach one of Evan's teams he was coaching from the sidelines. Chris is survived by his two children, Christine Church and Evan Church and their mother, Bonnie Talbot all of Canton; his brother, John C. Tyburski and his fiancé, Lori Stanford of Tolland; his sister, Lara Bolly and her husband, Dave of Oliver Springs, TN; a nephew, Dylan Towle of Sahuarita, AZ;several aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Friday, February 5, 2016, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at 10 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
